YIN (Deep Stretch)

A slow gentle practice to recenter and connect with your mind and body. This practice involves long, passive holds to bring flexibility to our joints and deep connective layers. While incorporating mediation and breath-work.  

YANG (Flow/Vinyasa)

A creative yang style practice to create heat and flexibility with the body. This class moves from pose to pose generating a flowing sequence coordinated with, and guided by the breathe. A way to let go of the ego, and feel the fluidity of the body. 


Prenatal Yoga

A woman’s body is incredible as it develops a baby and prepares for childbirth. Prenatal yoga benefits a mother’s physical body with strength and flexibility, easing pregnancy discomfort. This class also incorporates breath-work and meditation. This provides moms with confidence, and stress reduction, as you anticipate your baby’s arrival. This class is beneficial throughout all 3 trimesters.
